At this stage we provide drawings ready for construction where we coordinate all MEP services with all the other trades. We coordinate them with the Structural regarding the shafts and reservations needed. We coordinate them with the Architect in order to make sure everything is aesthetical and functional. We coordinate with the interior design to make sure everything works together with the false ceiling and tiles, furniture and other decorative aspects. We also coordinate all the MEP trades within themselves.
