Experience: At least 3 years with an MEP Consultancy or Contractor Firm
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
Skills:

• Expert in AutoCad and MS-Office.
• Working Knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting Systems Design.
• Familiar with international codes.
• Basic knowledge of procurement process.
• Basic knowledge of take-offs & estimation.

Requirements:

• B.Eng. from a reputable university.
• COREN Certified or valid for a COREN Certification.

Starting Salary: 200k NGN with room for improvement depending on skills.


2. Position: Electrical Engineer
Experience: At least 3 years with an MEP Consultancy or Contractor Firm
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
Skills:

• Expert in AutoCad and MS-Office.
• Working Knowledge in Power, Low Current and Building Systems Design.
• Familiar with international codes.
• Basic knowledge of procurement process.
• Basic knowledge of take-offs & estimation.

Requirements:

• B.Eng. from a reputable university.
• COREN Certified or valid for a COREN Certification.

Starting Salary: 200k NGN with room for improvement depending on skills.


3. Position: Air-Conditioning Design Engineer
Experience: 2 years working experience with an MEP Consultancy or Contractor Firm
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
Skills:

• Knows and understands basic design criteria.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD or AutoCAD MEP.

Requirements:

• B.Eng. from a reputable university.
